A pioneer in the single-family rental (SFR) space, ALNA Properties was founded in 2006, long before the SFR space became an investment asset class. Founded on the principles of hard work, dedication and above all ethical practices, ALNA Properties is known as one of the most innovative, successful, optimal brands in the SFR space today. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, with a nationwide team of experienced, empathetic real estate advisors, We Buy Homes In USA was created in 2017 to identify and acquire properties to add to single-family investment portfolios. Hemani Homes specializes in single-family rental renovation and repair. From a tear down to a fixer upper, we purchase homes to fully renovate them to current market trends. All of our homes are renovated to meet city/ state code requirements.  We only use the best of the best licensed skilled trades ensuring all repairs and equipment are completed to pass all home inspections. Hemani Homes takes pride in the renovation of our investment rental to maximize rental income and cash flow, while adding to value appreciation.

In addition to buying the right properties at the right price, the key to successful SFR investing is efficient and cost-effective property management. From single-family homes to multi-family workforce housing to luxury apartment communities, we have the resources and experience to maintain high occupancy with happy residents to maximize investor returns and cash flow.

ALNA Realty, established in 2006, is a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in properties that are ideal for single-family rental and other real estate investments. We include a network of commercial and residential Realtors. We feature reduced commissions and a lower cost of selling properties, saving our investors money in real estate transaction fees.

ALNACapital provides short-term fix & flip financing and long-term rental financing for real estate investors. We’ll fund your purchase or refinance of non-owner-occupied residential properties (single-family and multi-family), financing of renovation projects, and bridge funding.
