Our Philosophy

At Ninety9 Capital, we believe wealth is built by accessing the right opportunity at the right time — and often in the places most investors overlook. Our platform spans single-family and multifamily real estate, real estate–backed private credit, and a dedicated fine art fund, giving qualified investors exposure to strategies built for different objectives: cash flow, appreciation, tax advantages, and long-term wealth preservation. Each strategy is built around a distinct thesis and executed with the same underlying principles — disciplined acquisition, hands-on management, and a clear path to investor returns.

Multifamily
Funds

Multifamily Funds focus on acquiring value-add multifamily properties, executing targeted renovations, and stabilizing operations through full lease-up. As a vertically integrated operator, we manage our assets in-house — giving us direct control over renovations, leasing, and day-to-day performance.

Once value has been created, we pursue a liquidity event — typically a refinance that returns a significant portion of investor capital, or a sale of the stabilized asset — allowing investors to realize returns while maintaining exposure to one of real estate's most durable income-producing asset classes.

The Ninety9 Capital Income Fund is a real estate–backed private credit fund designed for investors who prioritize consistent current income. The fund originates loans and debt instruments secured by real property across single-family residential, multifamily, and manufactured housing projects — generating monthly cash distributions backed by the underlying real estate collateral.

Light upon
Light

A dedicated fine art investment vehicle built around a distinctive thesis — that Islamic art, despite its historical significance, remains meaningfully underrepresented in the global contemporary market.

The fund acquires significant works directly from renowned Islamic artists around the world, targeting the inflection point where institutional recognition is growing but market valuations have yet to fully catch up.

The fund has already secured ten exclusive pieces by internationally acclaimed artist eL Seed, whose work is held in the permanent collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Additional acquisitions will continue from established and emerging artists working within the Islamic art tradition.

Acquired works are curated into the fund's signature "Light Upon Light" exhibition, designed to travel internationally. The exhibition model serves both a cultural mission — giving artists from the Islamic world broader global visibility — and a financial one, with institutional exposure historically correlating to meaningful appreciation in artist valuations.

Exit strategies include direct sales to collectors, institutional buyers, and auction houses such as Sotheby's and Christie's, as well as tax-advantaged charitable donations to museums and cultural institutions.

Offered under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Available exclusively to verified accredited investors. Art is a speculative asset class; past performance and market comparables are not guarantees of future results. See offering documents for full terms, risks, and eligibility requirements.
